How Gen Z Can Find Peace in a Busy World
Part 1
An Apology to My Readers
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize to all of you for coming back after so many months. During this time, I have experienced life, learned many lessons, faced more challenges than before, and realized that life teaches us something valuable at every turn while making us stronger for the future.
I especially want to apologize to those who have been waiting for me all this time. I am truly sorry for making you wait for so long. I know that, somewhere, many of you found answers to your problems or gained meaningful life experiences through my blogs. If my experiences have helped even one person bring a positive change into their life, I will consider myself truly fortunate.
So, without taking much more of your time, let's begin.
Today's Fast-Paced World
Today's world has become much faster than ever before. Every single day, new information, social media, newspapers, news channels, studies, jobs, and worries about the future keep especially the younger generation constantly busy.
I am also going through this stage of life, so I can truly understand not only my own struggles but yours as well. From the outside, everything may appear normal, but deep inside, many young people are silently struggling with stress, loneliness, overthinking, anxiety, and many other emotional challenges.
At this point, the biggest question that arises is:
Can we really find peace of mind in this busy and fast-moving world?
The Pressure of Staying Online
One of the biggest problems today is the constant pressure to stay online.
Paying attention to every notification, comparing ourselves with others, spending endless hours on screens, worrying about the future, losing sleep, and never finding enough time for ourselves have become a part of daily life.
Whenever we ask for solutions, almost everyone gives the same advice:
Stay away from your phone for some time every day.
Spend 10–15 minutes in meditation.
Spend time in nature.
Get proper sleep.
Stop comparing yourself with others.
Focus on small goals.
Is This Really the Solution?
But my question to all of you is this:
Are these really the complete solutions to our problems?
Almost everyone says the same thing—do this, do that—but I personally believe that this is not the final solution.
The biggest problem today is that whatever we keep doing repeatedly eventually becomes our habit.
Just like a seed planted in childhood, if it continuously receives water, sunlight, fertilizer, and protection, one day it surely grows into a tree.
Now it completely depends on you.
Did you grow a tree that keeps increasing your problems?
Or did you grow a tree that will bring peace, happiness, and strength to your future?
Part 2
Believe in Yourself
The biggest problem today is that we do not trust ourselves.
Always remember this:
A person who believes in themselves may or may not become successful in life, but they never become completely dependent on others. They learn to solve their own problems, make their own decisions, and stand by those decisions with confidence.
Why Don't People Trust Us?
Many of us often think:
"No one cares about me."
"No one understands me."
"I wish there was someone who truly cared for me."
"Why do I always meet people who only know how to betray?"
But I believe that this is not the only problem.
The real question is this:
How can someone else trust you if you don't even trust yourself?
If a person sees that you have no faith in yourself, they may wonder,
"If this person cannot believe in themselves, how can they believe in me?"
That is why disappointment and betrayal often become a part of life.
So, before expecting trust from someone else, first learn to trust yourself.
Self-Confidence, Self-Awareness, Self-Love
Words like self-confidence, self-awareness, self-love, and trust yourself are very easy to say.
But living these words every day is much more difficult.
Still, this is where real change begins.
Don't Live According to Society
Always remember,
We come into this world alone, we live in this world, and one day we will leave this world.
So why should our entire life depend on what other people think about us?
What matters is not what people say.
What truly matters is what you do.
If you keep thinking,
"What will society say?"
"What will people think?"
Then you will never move forward in life.
If you continue following every opinion, every label, and every old belief without understanding it, you may lose your own identity.
Stay Connected to Your Roots, But Keep Growing
Always stay connected to your roots.
But do not become so tightly attached to them that they stop your own growth.
Before accepting anything in life, take the time to understand it, analyze it, and think about it carefully.
Your problems will definitely find a solution one day.
But before that, ask yourself a few honest questions:
Are you truly ready to change?
Are you still holding on to the very things you should let go of?
Do you genuinely want to become a better version of yourself?
These are the questions only you can answer.
Part 3
Attraction Is Natural
There is one more thought that I want to share with all of you.
Having desires is not a bad thing.
Feeling attracted to someone is not a bad thing either.
Attraction is natural. It can happen with anyone, especially at this stage of life. It is a normal part of growing up.
But I want to repeat one thing again and again:
One person... only one person.
The Foundation of Love Is Trust
According to me, the most important thing in a relationship is trust.
You can understand it like this:
Trust is the elder brother and sister of love.
When two people truly trust each other, they do not worry about what society says or what a third person thinks.
The reason is simple—they believe in each other.
Always remember,
You will definitely find your life partner and true love one day.
But there is one condition.
Love should exist from both sides.
Both people should trust each other equally.
Choose One Person and Stay Committed
Attraction is normal.
There is nothing wrong with it.
But once again, I want to say:
Choose one person and stay committed to that one person.
I repeat this because life is built on commitment, not confusion.
The Four Stages of Life
In my opinion, life has four important stages.
1. Childhood
The first stage begins when we are born.
During this time, our parents and teachers guide us and teach us the first lessons of life.
Everything we experience during childhood becomes the foundation of our future.
2. Society
The second stage is where we learn from society and from the world around us.
We understand different people, different situations, and different ways of living.
3. Friends
The third stage is our circle of friends.
Here we learn from our companions, their experiences, and the time we spend together.
4. Life Partner
The fourth and final stage is your life partner.
After the first three stages, your life partner becomes the person who stays beside you throughout your life.
The people in the first three stages come to teach us something and eventually move on.
But the person who walks beside you for the rest of your life is your life partner.
That is why I say once again:
Choose one person, stay with one person, and build your relationship on trust.
Part 4
Everything in Life Exists in Pairs
If you look carefully at life, you will notice that many things exist in pairs.
There is man and nature, which you may also understand as male and female.
We have two hands, two eyes, two legs, two ears, two lips, and even two passages through which we breathe.
Many things in life come in twos, yet together they complete one human being.
In the same way, your soulmate will truly become a part of your life only when both of you trust each other—both emotionally and mentally.
In the end, two people become one. That is the beauty and truth of a lifelong relationship.
But there is one condition.
Stay committed to one person.
Trust one person.
Build one relationship with honesty and loyalty.
Your Experiences Will Teach You the Rest
Apart from everything I have shared today, the remaining journey of life will be taught by your own experiences.
No book, no teacher, and no person can teach you every lesson.
Some lessons can only be understood by living them.
Every experience you face will slowly shape you into the person you are meant to become.
Forgive and Learn
Learn to forgive.
Do not carry bitterness in your heart forever.
Instead, treat every painful experience as a lesson that helps you grow stronger and wiser.
Sometimes, the person standing in front of you may be thinking far more deeply than you have ever imagined.
That is why never judge someone too quickly.
Life becomes much more peaceful when we replace hatred with understanding and bitterness with learning.
Final Thoughts
Finally, I simply want to say this:
Believe in yourself before expecting others to believe in you.
Trust yourself before asking for someone else's trust.
Live your own life instead of living according to society's opinions.
Value love, but never forget that the strongest foundation of every relationship is trust.
Keep learning from every experience, forgive whenever possible, and keep moving forward.
Life will continue to teach you something at every step.
The choice is yours—whether every lesson becomes a burden or a source of strength for your future.
Thank you for reading. I hope my experiences help you find peace, just as life has helped me understand it. ❤️
